After long last, I’ve finally finished my Merlin inspired blends. I hope you enjoy them! You can find the entire collection here on Adagio.
Merlin: [earl grey moonlight, blackberry, caramel, marigold flowers] In a land of myth, and a time of magic, the destiny of a great cuppa rests on the shoulders of a young blend. Its name: Merlin. A blend of sweetness, magic, and unwavering loyalty, this could be the greatest brew the world has ever known.
Arthur: [assam melody, rooibos vanilla chai, caramel, cinnamon, ginger] This blend may seem like a bit of a clotpole at first, but will win your loyalty all the same. This is a strong, brave, and undeniably sweet tea that can be enjoyed between battles to unite the land of Albion, (when you’re not dealing with your idiot servant, that is.) For the love of tea and Camelot!
Morgana [tiger eye, pomegranate, gunpowder, cocoa nibs] Intense, dark, and wild, with just a hint of smoke. A brash, fierce blend with a bit of lingering sweetness of memories past.
Guinevere: [white peony, vanilla oolong, osmanthus] Sweet, light, and beautiful. A floral blend with a strong backbone. Long live the Queen!
Leon: [irish breakfast, hazelnut, rooibos vanilla, cinnamon] A tea that you can’t resist, because he and his hair are the most important character in the show, after all. This is a blend that is loyal, bold, and sweet with a just hint of spice.
Gwaine: [oriental spice, apple, cinnamon, ginger] While it’s no cheese that tastes like apple pie, this blend is sassy and adventurous. This brew has a bit of a kick, sure to satisfy the free spirit and those with fantastic hair.
Lancelot: [toasted mate, chocolate chip, oriental spice] The bravest of the blends, willing to do anything in the name of friendship and love. Both bold and cozy, the blend is sure to warm you up.
Percival: [masala chai, honeybush vanilla, apricot] The strength of a team of oxen, with the heart of a great dane puppy, this is a big brew with a soft side that you can’t help but love.
Mordred: [chocolate chai, rooibos almond, lapsang souchong, ginger] A powerful and misunderstood blend. Suspiciously delicious, enjoy at your own risk.
Kilgharrah, The Great Slash Dragon: [masala chai, lapsang souchong, blood orange] Smoky, fiery, cryptic, and ships it harder than you do.
Elyan: [assam melody, pu erh dante, almond, chocolate chip, ginger, cinnamon] A fearless and dedicated blend. A deep, nutty blend with just a hint of spice.
Gaius: [pu erh dante, chestnut, cream, cocoa nibs] Wise and strong, with just a whiff of parchment. Sure to satisfy your craving when you’re not mysteriously…at the tavern, my lord.
Two Sides of the Same Coin: [vanilla, oriental spice, osmanthus, marigold flowers] Because a mug cannot truly hate the tea which makes it full. This blend will make you laugh and cry (but let’s face it, mostly cry,) as you experience its warmth, sweetness, and strength. Just try not to be a prat, because it’s the best tea you’ll have, and you couldn’t bear to lose it.
